Our 40 acre point reaches out into the Pacific ocean, dividing two beautiful beaches with world class surf, but its not just our location that makes Amaru so special. The magic that stems from our eden can be found among our gardens, wellness shalas, and other unique structures that give you the chance to participate, or detach from communal activities and find the appropriate space that are looking for in aims of complete restoration. The Rooms
We have 13 simple yet elegant rooms that can accommodate single, double, or triple occupancy. Retreat hosts will receive their double occupancy room free of charge. Our main house has five double rooms and one room with four beds. All rooms receive daily housekeeping. Each room has an ensuite, private bathroom, 100% cotton linens and bath towels, AC, and high-speed WIFI.
Yoga Shala
Hidden in the Canopy of the Banyan trees, our Yoga Shala is truly a sacred sanctuary of peace and tranquility. With views of two different beaches, great airflow, and the sound of crashing waves, the yoga shala is the perfect place to connect with your inner peace.
Casa Blanca
One of our guest houses where you can appreciate the sounds of silence around you. Spoil yourself with an ocean view when you walk out of your room, and enjoy one of 6 rooms that are tucked away in this beautiful house.
Casa Principal
Surrounded by our gardens and the pool, the main house is where all the magic of Amaru takes place. This rustic, centerpiece of Amaru’s property has multiple lounge areas, and allows for guests to find solitude in the comfort of their rooms. There are 7 unique rooms, all with their touch of comfort and authenticity to Amaru’s principles of sustainability building the furniture from materials sourced on our property.
Massage Shala
Receive a wellness treatment on top of a cliff with a panoramic ocean view. The gentle breeze of the ocean wind keeps this area cool and comfortable while you relax into your massage and melt into your therapeutic massage with our certified professionals.
Home-Made Pizza Oven
Every Friday night we invite the entire community to come and enjoy home-made wood fired pizza out of our sustainable pizza oven. The materials were all sourced from our property, and the pizza has been claimed as some of the best in the surrounding area.
Walkways
No matter where you are walking around Amaru, the paths are beautiful and surrounded by nature. We have signs that will help you not to get lost while in our jungle, meander your way to one of our 2 beaches, or enjoy a meditative stroll through some of our stunning property.
