Yoga and Meditation

Find Your Zen with Beachfront Yoga at Amaru Nicaragua

Meditation

Meditation has many forms, but the most important aspect of any meditative practice is to have a tranquil space to allow you to find inner peace. Our wellness resort has several secluded spaces that are perfect for private, mindful meditation or guided group meditation.

We integrate breathwork, silent meditation, and yoga nidra guided meditations to bring awareness towards opening the chakras for our prana (breath) to flow more freely. If meditation has eluded you in your daily practices, come join our classes to find the balance you’ve been missing.
