Meet Your Facilitators:
Paula is a Food Scientist and Technologist with a masters degree in Nutrition and Health, as well as an Emotional Intelligence Expert. She runs a surf camp kitchen in Northern Spain during European summer, and combines it with Nicaraguan winter to persue the best waves and her passion for cooking and wellbeing.
Zach has a great passion for all things related to water, having grown up surfing, swimming, paddling, fishing, and boating. After high school, he moved to Hawaii for five years to pursue his adventures in surfing. At the age of 23, he started Ital Bowls to benefit both himself and the community by providing positive, healthy foods. His commitment to quality nutrition and spreading good vibes is evident in his dedication to health and wellness practices, including training, running, yoga, meditation, breath work, and clean eating habits.
