In this workshop we learn how to deal with this powerful superfood that originated in the foothills of the Andes and highly cultivated in the Nicaraguan highlands.
We will start the day with a intentional ceremonial cacao introduction - opening our hearts and awareness for this incredible gift from mother earth.
Followed by a 3 hours workshop that includes a 7 - step “how to” make chocolate from raw cacao beans into a pure processed chocolate bar. During this intensive workshop you will get the opportunity to taste different cacao stages therefor get deeper insights of the diversity of this magical bean.
