THE PRACTICE
Practice is a blend of Yoga lineages from Katonah, Iyengar, Vinyasa and Meditation.
Diana utilizes Katonah Yoga, sacred geometry, Taoism and metaphor for Universal self-mapping tools that reform the structure of the body and liberate the conditioning of the mind. We dissect the body as origami - designed to fold optimally. We take a formal approach to Yoga asana, to better understand our first nature and potentiate our second nature. Through consistent, skillful practice, we develop insight, joy and infinite potential. Overtime we improve patterns in movement and become more attuned to our energetic body. Classes incorporate core, strength, mobility, cathartic movement, breathwork, and deeply restorative postures.
Our weekly schedule includes a 9AM Morning practice that’s challenging, invigorating, instructional and well-rounded. Afternoon practice will include meditation, pranayama or a restorative practice.
All classes will take place in an open air pavilion with option for a Sunset meditation at the beach
